What is the difference between editorial and traditional?
Editorial is for standout homes: fewer, composed frames and a lifestyle film that sell the feeling of living there. Traditional covers every room cleanly for the MLS.
Is drone included?
Drone is an add-on: $75 for drone photos, $150 for photos and video. It is included in Estate.
How fast do I get the files?
Everything is delivered within two weeks. Need it sooner? Expedited delivery in 2-3 days is $75.
How should the home be prepped?
Every light working, clutter and personal photos put away, cars out of the driveway, pets out and beds made. I send a full prep list the day before.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within 30 miles is included. Past that it is $0.70 a mile.
