Questions

Are you licensed to fly commercially?

Yes — FAA Part 107 remote pilot, flying a DJI Mavic 4 Pro, with $2M general liability plus aviation cover. A certificate of insurance goes out the same day you ask.

Is this a survey?

No. Everything delivered is visual documentation. It is not a survey, an engineering assessment, or a statement of dimensional accuracy — your engineer or contractor draws the conclusions, I provide the imagery they work from.

How much notice do you need in San Diego?

Depends on the airspace. Some sites sit under controlled airspace where authorization can take up to 30 days; others clear in minutes. Ask early and I will tell you which grid your site is in before you commit.

Can you match last month's angles exactly?

That is the point of the progress package. Positions are logged by GPS and flown again each month, so the frames stack into a real time-lapse of the build rather than a set of unrelated photos.
