Part 107 certified · $2M general liability plus aviation, certificate on request. Deliverables are visual documentation. They are not a survey, an engineering assessment, or a statement of dimensional accuracy. Some San Diego sites sit under controlled airspace that needs up to 30 days of advance coordination — ask early and I’ll tell you which grid you are in before you book.

Usage rights, plainly

100% perpetual commercial licence · no recurring fees, ever

You get a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial licence to every delivered file for your own marketing — website, social, ads, menus, email, decks and internal comms. It never expires and there are no re-licensing fees.

I keep the copyright, as photographers do, plus the right to show the work in my portfolio. Your footage is never resold to a competitor.

Third parties license separately. Press, guides, and partner brands who want the files should be sent my way — it’s quick, and it protects you as much as me.

Agencies & DMCs: white-label delivery is available, and your end client receives the same marketing licence under your name.
